Our Key Team
CA Chandra Babu M
Chandra Babu is an experienced Chartered Accountant, a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary.
Currently, he is a sitting Managing Committee member of Hyderabad Branch of SIRC of ICAI and Chairman of SICASA, Hyderabad.
During his time in practice over a decade, he has served several multi-national companies in the capacities of an auditor, tax consultant and advisor. He is vastly experienced in matters pertaining to Direct and Indirect taxes including appeals, scrutiny, and litigation. He has also successfully led companies involving in IPOs to achieve their desired goals.
CA Rajdeep Gottipalli
Rajdeep Gottipalli is an experienced Chartered Accountant and has worked with the Deloitte and KPMG, before establishing G M K & CO LLP. Whilst working at the Big 4, he has dealt with prestigious clients, both in India and the US.
Rajdeep is an expert in providing Deal and Transaction Advisory, Risk Advisory along with Business and Management Consulting.
CA Kalyani K
Kalyani is a Chartered Accountant well experienced in the corporate sector. She had worked with multi-National organisations since the inception of her career and understands the insights of businesses with huge market reputation, capitalisation and customer base. Her strengths lie in gathering and analyzing insights of organizations and use them to deliver value to the client.
CA Ashish Agarwal
Ashish has over 8 years of experience in the field of Audit, Direct Tax and Mergers & Acquisition and Indirect Tax from Big-4 Audit firms. He has handled inbound and outbound expatriate taxation, ESOP taxation, pre and post transaction advisory and compliance, cross border investment, advisory services on routine business transactions to optimize tax benefits, undertook financial and tax due diligence from both buy side and sell side during his tenure at the Big-4.
Further, Ashish also has undertaken Statutory and Internal Audit of various entities in versatile sectors (viz., Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, Trading and various other service sectors), Concurrent audit of Banks and drafting & representation service before Tax officers and Appellate authorities.
He his experienced in handling high net-worth individuals, large sized and multi national corporates and Banks constantly delivering quality output for our clients.
CA Devendra Reddy
Devendra Reddy is a Chartered Accountant who is well experienced in the field of accounting and corporate secretarial services. He has handled several clients requiring several corporate secretarial and accounting services since the inception of her career and his work speaks for his expertise.
CA Vivek Bonagiri
Vivek is a young Chartered Accountant exhibiting his expertise and quality deliverables in conducting various kinds of Audits and leading audit teams efficiently to deliver the best quality to clients.
